Last night, KC DA ROOKEE delivered an enthralling and passionate performance at Kemet’s B-Day Bash. He only performed two of his singles from his latest album, ‘Dangerous’ featuring Elephant Man and ‘Let ‘Em Know’.
The ROOKEE’s fiery flow had the entire place going up in flames, he then brought out fellow Nottingham rapper Jay Gold (who performed earlier in the evening) With such an energetic and revitalising performance KC DA ROOKEE spoke about equality and the modern day challenges that our communities face.
With applauds echoing all around the Nottingham Playhouse and standing ovations from many in the crowd KC DA ROOKEE took his leave, later leading all the other artists that performed, to dance on stage during General Levy’s electric performance.
Also taking to the stage was Nottingham talent: Wreh-Asha, Kriss Riss, Jay Gold, Kamar, 2Tone and producer AR Mulah who totally set fire to the Mics.
